The whole home, as one
Every brand you own, answering to one place.
Most homes already have the pieces — smart bulbs from one app, a TV remote, a soundbar, a thermostat with its own login. We give them one brain. After that, a keypad from one brand runs a light from another, the TV knows when the console is on, and you stop thinking about any of it.
Priced after a free walk-through — our work only, we sell no hardware
What you get
- One plan for the whole house, room by room, built around your routines.
- Everything you already own, connected. If something is genuinely missing, a short, honest list of it — to buy wherever you like.
- One app, your voice assistant and simple wall keypads that work for guests.
- Nothing locked to a single maker: the brains stay yours, and so does the data.

What it feels like
Walk in
The light is already on. Leave, and it looks after itself.
What it feels like
One button
Movie, dinner, party, bed — a tap on the wall sets the whole floor.
What it feels like
Nothing to learn
Guests use the switches they expect. The house does the rest.
In the house
Whole-home design & integration — in the house
Hover any room to see what it does; this is the moment this service creates. Click a room to hold it, Esc to let go.
How it works
Five steps, no surprises
-
1
Walk-through
We come to your home, listen to how you live — mornings, movie nights, people over, going to bed — and look at what is already on the walls and in the cabinets. Free, about an hour.
-
2
A one-page plan
What we would do in each room, built around what you already own, and what our work costs. If something is genuinely missing, the plan names it and you buy it wherever you like — we sell no hardware, and nothing locks you into one maker.
-
3
Install
Your keypads, bulbs, shades and speakers placed, wired and taught to work together, with a tidy network under them. Our crew is the same family crew that remodels homes as GS Construction, so walls close up the way they opened.
-
4
Tune
We live with it for two weeks and adjust: a dimmer that comes on too bright, a hallway that times out too soon, a shade that should wait for the sun.
-
5
Care
Updates, seasonal tuning and a person to text when something feels off. The house keeps getting a little better.
Questions people ask
Ask us anything else at the walk-through — or just call. Greg & Patryk Szady answer the phone.
Rarely. Most lights, TVs, speakers, shades and appliances from the last few years can join as they are. The plan tells you exactly which can and which cannot before anything is bought.
Yes. The brain lives in your home, not in the cloud. Keypads, lights and routines keep working; only things that live on the internet — streaming, the forecast — wait for it to come back.
That is how most homes grow: the kitchen and hallway first, then the living room, then the bedroom when the projector arrives.

Keypads, voice, one app
Your parents use the switch. Your kids use their voice. You use one app. The house does not care which.
