Lighting

Lighting that follows the day

Warm in the morning, clear at noon, soft at night — without touching a dimmer.

Good light is the thing people notice last and miss first. We set every fixture to follow the sun through the day, put a keypad where your hand already goes, and add a handful of moods — Movie, Dinner, Sunset, Party — that set the whole floor in one tap. A light you turn off always comes back to normal.

A kitchen in morning light, ceiling fixtures warm and bright, island pendants glowing, a keypad on the wall

What you get

  • Adaptive lighting on every ceiling: colour and brightness that follow the time of day.
  • Wall keypads that run any brand of bulb — guests never need an app.
  • Moods for the whole house in one tap, and a motion-lit hallway that knows when there is a party.
  • A quiet night mode: after 11 PM, lights come on dim and warm.

One switch. The ceilings, the staircase panels and the bathroom bulb join in; the lights dance to the music; every speaker plays together. Pick a vibe — Flow, Breathe, Lava Lamp, Rainbow — or a new one every song. And the hallway stays lit all night instead of timing out between guests.

The last person out does not have to check anything: the house turns the lights and screens off behind them. The first one back is greeted — the wall tablet wakes up and says welcome home. This page never shows which of the two is true right now.

How it works

Five steps, no surprises

  1. 1

    Walk-through

We come to your home, listen to how you live — mornings, movie nights, people over, going to bed — and look at what is already on the walls and in the cabinets. Free, about an hour.

  2. 2

    A one-page plan

What we would do in each room, built around what you already own, and what our work costs. If something is genuinely missing, the plan names it and you buy it wherever you like — we sell no hardware, and nothing locks you into one maker.

  3. 3

    Install

Your keypads, bulbs, shades and speakers placed, wired and taught to work together, with a tidy network under them. Our crew is the same family crew that remodels homes as GS Construction, so walls close up the way they opened.

  4. 4

    Tune

We live with it for two weeks and adjust: a dimmer that comes on too bright, a hallway that times out too soon, a shade that should wait for the sun.

  5. 5

    Care

Updates, seasonal tuning and a person to text when something feels off. The house keeps getting a little better.
