Kitchen — Pendants and under-cabinet light follow the sun; a keypad by the sink; the dishwasher texts when it is done.

Living room — The TV, the receiver and the consoles follow whatever you pick up; the ceiling dims for a film.

Hallway — The light comes on when you walk in and goes off a minute after you leave — unless there is a party.

Bedroom — The projector turns on with the streamer and off three minutes after; the shade lifts with the sunrise.

Bathroom — A keypad with four themes — Adaptive, Red, Blue, Pink; off returns it to Adaptive.

Lights come up warm and gentle with the sunrise and brighten as the day does. By noon they are cool and clear; by evening they are soft again. Nobody touches a dimmer.

Step into the hallway and the light is already on. Leave, and a minute later it is off. Tap any keypad on the wall and the right ceiling answers — in the colour the time of day calls for.

Pick up a controller or open Netflix. The receiver switches to the right input, the TV follows, the sound comes in Dolby for Netflix and stereo for everything else. In the bedroom, the projector turns itself on with the streamer — and off again three minutes after it.

One switch. The ceilings, the staircase panels and the bathroom bulb join in; the lights dance to the music; every speaker plays together. Pick a vibe — Flow, Breathe, Lava Lamp, Rainbow — or a new one every song. And the hallway stays lit all night instead of timing out between guests.

After 11 PM a light switched on comes on dim and warm, and the kitchen ceilings glow upward only — enough to find a glass of water, not enough to wake you up. At 6:45 the house eases back into the day.

The last person out does not have to check anything: the house turns the lights and screens off behind them. The first one back is greeted — the wall tablet wakes up and says welcome home. This page never shows which of the two is true right now.

We come to your home, listen to how you live — mornings, movie nights, people over, going to bed — and look at what is already on the walls and in the cabinets. Free, about an hour.

A one-page plan

What we would do in each room, built around what you already own, and what our work costs. If something is genuinely missing, the plan names it and you buy it wherever you like — we sell no hardware, and nothing locks you into one maker.

Install

Your keypads, bulbs, shades and speakers placed, wired and taught to work together, with a tidy network under them. Our crew is the same family crew that remodels homes as GS Construction, so walls close up the way they opened.

Tune

We live with it for two weeks and adjust: a dimmer that comes on too bright, a hallway that times out too soon, a shade that should wait for the sun.
